Having graduated from Ferrandi (Paris), the College of Naturopathic Medicine (London) and Rouxbe Canada, I get my inspiration from my endless curiosity in world cuisines across using wholesome ingredients and based on healthy cooking techniques, from levant cuisine to Indian curries, from South East Asia flavours to North Africa tagines. I embrace all influences.
With practical, educational and fun lessons, I am proud today to teach Natural and Healthy Vietnamese cuisine and Asian Dumplings to inspire people to go back to homecooking.
I am Saori, a mother of 1. I am from Japan and I have lived in London for more than a decade. I have a lot of professional experience in sushi making having worked for the Japan centre in London, and several Japanese restaurants in Tokyo and in Paris
I believe in healthy cooking so I enjoy adding a twist to traditonal Japanese recipes to optimise nutrients contents. I will be happy to teach you the secrets of sushi making and Japanese cooking in general whether it's traditional or vegan or vegetarian.
